Event and Ticketing Refunds 

Since a reservation guarantees a space at an event or class, we often have to turn others away. Thus, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event in order to receive a full refund. To cover our costs, any cancellations made within 72 hours before the event will not receive a refund, and will be charged the full amount. Any cancellation requests after the event has passed will not be issued a refund, and will be charged the full amount.


If we make a cancellation due to adverse weather or other circumstances and you cannot make the rescheduled date, we will refund you the entire amount. Please be aware that our refund policy remains the same for rescheduled events as written above. Also keep in mind that weather cancellations are made only by our staff.


If you are approved for a refund, the amount will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase. This will be reflected on your bank statement in about 10 business days from the date the refund is issued.

 

Purchase of New  and Used Accessories and Equipment 

If you purchased new equipment or merchandise from our store, we accept, for return or exchange, items in new and original condition and free of damages by the customer. All returns of items bought new must be made within 90 days of purchase. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from the receipt of original purchase.


If you purchased used equipment, we accept, for return or exchange, items that are in the same condition as sold, within 30 days of purchase. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of original purchase.


Items sold at a discounted price from the original list price, whether new or used, are all sales final, and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. 


In order to make a return or exchange please visit our store at Marsh Creek Boat Rental at 675 Park Rd, Downingtown PA 9335. If you are unable to make the return in person, please contact contact@marshcreeklake.com.
